I have been preoccupied with other things lately, and haven't had too much time for porn, but I still check in here every so often, and it seems that each time I do, things have gotten a little worse than the time before.

Giorgio is still putting out mostly good scenes (although some of the more "edgy" ones, like the "used and abused" stuff, aren't my cup of tea). But the other studios have lost what made them special. Gonzo, in particular, has become almost a carbon copy of typical U.S. porn, with almost every recent scene featuring one or more of the following things:

1. Girls covered with tattoos, to the point that some of them look like they just got out of jail.

2. Those awful "magic wand" vibrators that have somehow become a staple of porn, even though, as near as I can tell, very few fans actually like them, and many (like me) absolutely despise them.

3. The annoying antics of Everhard the Retard, who seems to be in literally 80-90% of the recent scenes.

If I wanted to see scenes like this, all I would have to do is go get a cheap membership at just about any U.S. porn site, and I could download thousands of them. I have no idea why LP would abandon their trademark style to try to copy a style that is so readily available elsewhere, for a fraction of the cost.

LP has been quite good lately with a nice selection of models and some intense action. I won't put Eric on my fav male performers, but luckily we have Chris Diamond and Jamaica...

I can't recall any girl wearing so many tattoos she becomes offensive to the eye. And no one girl reappears often enough to become annoying if she is not your type. IMO the problem is the opposite, often, our favorite girls don't appear nearly as much as we would want.

Exactly, even though I buy a DAP scene with a girl I really like, I would rather not see the tip fucking so prevalent and always hope for a lot of DP. Sadly, there is usually too much of a DAP focus.

Piss sold well, too, but once it disappeared LP filled the gap with a higher DAP output.
But of course you are right that there are also other factors that sell a scene not only the sole sex act performed in it.

It certainly is a phenomenal achievement, I agree ever so slightly with what the original poster said about LP (Tastes Like Ass) but only just. With regards to Laura, LP is the BENCHMARK right now for pushing the boundaries of dapping and tapping. Where else can this be found, (critically, with the same quality??... My self i really don't mind the "beginner-like" scenes, i think they are exiting in their own way even if they many times are a little softer. And i would argue that they are getting better.

Latest first time scene from Gonzo is with Pamela Stanwick. Its the standard Gonzo 3on1 packed with anal and dp. If you compare it to the "New girls gape to" scenes from 2013 and you will find that it is on a whole different level and that we have come a long way since then.

But at the bottom of it all each studio/director have their own style, creative vision and way of doing things. Sure Giorgio is doing some experimentation's and is actually trying to change things up. But the core content of thees new scenes is still pretty much the same.

And i think it is a bit unrealistic to demand to much change there. I mean if i was a member on Mike Adrianos website i wouldn't expect him to start shooting more in the style of Jules Jordan or some other director just to create more variety.

Maybe it is time to bring a new studio/director to LP. I think that is probably the only reasonable way to get some more variety.

I love DAPs, but TAP and QAP are meh to me. I prefer to see giant dildos for that purpose.

3. Fetishes that are rare or nonexistent in U.S. porn, like piss and cream.

Now, LP is shooting more girls with lots of tattoos and/or pubic hair, they are starting to incorporate those stupid vibrators into more and more scenes, and they have totally abandoned piss, and virtually abandoned cream.

So, I will ask again: Aside from more MAP (multiple anal penetration), what makes LP any different from typical U.S. porn?
