I know in America its pretty easy to get into porn after watching the Louis Theroux documentry years ago so how do Russian and I suppose other girls from Eastern European countries go about it ?? Do they just Google I want to be in porn ?

Porn is easily accessible through the Internet in Russia. Many people there, including women, watch porn online. And it's not that difficult for an attractive Russian woman to contact somebody at Legal Porno and arrange to come for a good fuck.
The porn itself is like advertisement for women, who might be interested in doing this kind of stuff. If the lady is good-looking and she wants to do it, then the guys at Legal Porno probably won't say "No" to her.
The only way to stop women from crossing borders and making porn where it's legal is to make extra-territorial laws, where the government will punish people for doing something outside of its legal jurisdiction. And actually USA is the country who makes more of such laws than any other country. And the Russian government is opposed to this kind of thing. Which means that the Russian government is unlikely to do anything about Russian women travelling to Prague for porn-making. They wouldn't want to break their own argument against extra-territorial laws.
