Why LP/Sineplex don't listen to their loyal customers?

Why should a person be a loyal customers of LP videos if the person gets nothing more then a video that the person can pirating for free like other ~98% people do. What is the benefit of buying a LP video beside the fact that you know you support LP. You get nothing else then a good feeling, ... and a video which is released a few hours later for free on pirate-websites.

I'm still a loyal customer and buy each video that I like. But what I get as a reward to be a customer? Don't forget: The majority get the video for free on pirate-websites. What I get in exchange for my 4 tickets that I spend on a video?
What I want for my tickets (=loyality) is that LP/Sineplex hear my voice. A fair trade would be: I support them, they support me. But iMo it seems they ignore their loyal customers most of the time. For me that's a bad customer-producer relationship. Please listen more to your paying customers (create some polls to gather information), show the gathered info in diagrams/tables, share information and last but not least realize the wishes of the customer-majority!

I still want support LP in the future but please give me something in exchange/as reward ... except the video that I can find a few hours later for free.

Interesting point if i may say. I pay out of loyalty also and because it's worth it and I want to see tbe site continue making what they are so good and I want the models to be fairly paid for what they do. What would you like to see LP offer if it was up to you? Would a stream only model combat the piracy maybe? That's all I do primarily because I don't want my hard drive full of stuff my other half will discover and because streaming it offers me the same pleasure. Is a stream only model viable? X

IMO this site shows more signs of change in result to customer feedback than any other. Even when considering other type of business.

Although I hope Sineplex offers better value for their scenes in the future, cause they are almost 100% more expensive than gonzo and about 33% more than GG.

And I will always hope that gonzo stops cropping the women legs from time to time.

And 1080p

I think LP is great and I want to support it, BUT I don't like their gouging the customer.
I was a long term member (since 2010), but have recently had problems with hacked credit cards (3 times). LP however seem now unwilling to cope with a new card - not unable since was resolved first two times. I had to cancel membership and renew at a 63% price increase and was told that 'The membership cost the same (!). You have discount for more tickets, while your membership is ongoing. '

I really can't call that friendly to loyal customers. In the end I may feel supporting them isn't worth it if they don't support me, just as oA_Ao opined.

Yup I hear ya...That's why I only pay/support the very few pissing scenes that they release on this site once in a blue moon. Before I bought all the "GOOD" scenes. But now for the rest of the videos well I think ya know what I do....

Yeah, it gets harder to pay premium prices for 720P videos with so many sites doing 4k now. LP won't even do 1080P. Granted I don't download many scenes anymore due to piss being banned.

Though I am surprised LP or xxx does not have all the filesharing links taken down that offer the new releases hours after being published on here.

Trouble is what can he do? There are so many tube and file sharing sites that if you block one another will soon reappear, like the head of Medusa!

I would personally like some reward for the amount of tickets I buy, I am.not on the membership model as I have has issues with reoccurring payments before plus it's easier to hide on my bank statement lol.

I am happy to pay for LP and feel allegiance to it but the odd free scene would be nice

Hi,

for me the LP-website is simply a download-plattform where I spend some money (for content LP produce). But the LP-website should be that much more. Because... there are a lot of download-plattforms where I get the pirated content for free. Why should I pay for it? So... what I get for my money? Nothing more than content which I get for free elsewhere.
That's why it would be great if the customers would have some more impact on the produced content. That means... in a metaphorical sense ... with my money I would buy some votes nd use them to vote for content I prefer. In best case Lp produce this content (actors, positions, clothes).
In this case I would get something back (additionally to the "free" content) for the money I spend.

Pretty much this for me as well. I'd really like to support this place, it's content is generally great, but It's going another direction I'm just not as impressed with. Worse, the few email responses I've got from support in regards to my input, well, I felt more insulted then anything. It's one thing to change direction, it's another to be rude to your customers that had become accustomed to a type of adult entertainment that was, the best out there.

This is true. I use tube sites from time to time, I think we all do but in the case of LP it needs to ne preserving imho. Yes, the piss ban has no doubt seen a few deserters but piss aside is there any other site out there that even comes close.to what LP does? The variety and strength of the content is still unmatched and is why I shall continue to pay. That aside loyalty deserves reward and perhaps therre are ways in which this can be provided.

Perhaps user votes on what content we would like to see in a scene, which model etc. Run a poll and maybe use the results to create a scene. That way the buyers do genuinely get a say in what content is made. Not sure if this has been done before but it seems quite revolutionary. I am half asleep so apologies is this is.not articulated as well as I would like

Its not about pirate a scene. Its about the advantage/benefit a customer of a scene gets compared to a guy who pirate the same scene. Can you explain me the benefit? Of course I support LP, but that is LP's advantage/benefit. What's the advantage of a customer compared to a pirate? Not much! That's why pirating is so popular. Pirating has no downside (a big upside is you get the scene for free) compare to buying a scene. That's why pirating is so popular since highspeed-internet!

I only asking LP to offer some benefits (e.g. interaction/voting for some actors/positions/settings/...) such that customers get some benefit compared to pirates. The only benefit a customer has right now is to get the scene one day earlier. That's all. :-(

Is LP pirated that much and that fast?

I use tubesites only for content I cannot get somewhere else, rare old scenes for instance, thus I might not know. The only thing I know is that on vk LP manages to get their pirated scenes taken down really fast while anti-pirate moaners like PW have their scenes there freely accessible. As if he didnt care at all but wage his war against LP and xyvidos instead. This all blablabla and blackmailing lier war is so pathetic I even feel tempted to watch those 1 in 100 of his scenes I'd like to check out in a pirated version.

Anyway, for me case is clear: I support LP with my money because I want them to shoot more of those daps and other hot stuff for me. I dont expect a special reward for that, but getting one would be nice of course.

A scene of a xxx proposed actress and voted for fetishes every month would be really nice, thats true.

I understand what you're saying. At face value, there is not an advantage/benefit to the paying customer vs the pirate. So why don't we all just pirate? And get the same thing, for free, right?

I'll tell you why. Because if producers don't get paid, directors don't get paid. And actresses don't get paid. And before long all we are left with is a few table scraps, that the pirates didn't see fit to eat.

Giorgio already left the business once due to rampant piracy and password sharing. We don't need that to happen again.

That being said, some of the ideas being thrown around, as far as user input on models and scene types do seem very feasible, and easy enough to implement. And would add a benefit/advantage to paying customers.

If no one is willing to pay for high class porn, no more will be shot. And I assume even the pirates don't want that to happen.

LP isn't democracy or a shareholder company, paying them doesn't give us the right to take influcence in their policy.

But It would be nice if the would listen to us once in a while...

When you pirate, what you are saying by your actions, is that you do not care if LegalPorno continues producing scenes.

Because if you do truly care about their continued success, and would like for them to continue making new scenes, you will support them by your actions and purchase their content.

The other thing is, in my opinion, all of these studios do listen to what we have to say.

Obviously there are certain things that cannot and/or will not be catered to.

And they will never be able to please everyone.

But I feel that our opinions are heard, and at the very least considered.

And at the end of the day, as Dudemeister alluded to, this is their business. They can run it however they see fit.
