You have to consider that American porn, like in the main film industry, has and always had a leading position. Some European productions, besides some movies like Rocco Siffredi's, distributed by American labels, probably never reached the other side of Atlantic. So it doesn't surprise me that Suzie is not popular, even known in USA.
