Juliana certainly has a strong stable of performers and has an eye for talent. I did however read some interesting comments on the EBI forum of late that I wont go into on here. I will keep an open mind. ( Just as an aside I thought she was a fantastic performer in her day and one of my all time faves from that era)

Assuming what I read was conjecture, then it would be nice to see whatever differences there may have been in the past smoothed out and a harmonious productive relationship in place. You can never have enough Russian porn talent imho.

Roxy I always understood to be with Jul which makes more sense as she is based out of Moscow.

If as Pastaga says girls can be with 2 or more agencies then any "ban" seems illusory.

I have no idea what the truth is behind all the stories circulating about Juliana's behaviour, Woodman's behaviour, etc. etc. The whole industry seems to be rife with madness, lies, bitchiness and backstabbing. If Juliana is Giorgio's ex then backchannels may be open, or closed forever. Who knows?

For us fans it's entertaining watching the fur fly. And it must be hard for agencies trying to hold on to models who have learned the business from their agency mentors and then decide they want to cut out the agency and go their own way. I just hope that those models who do play straight with their agency(ies) don't get caught in the crossfire and can take the bookings that they want.

Yep, looks that after years of battle they convinced Jul to switch from priority for the lier ape to a sort of balanced first booking policy.
If you look at these linked offerings you see they base now broader on "Barcelona" - PW - LP.

Well, in the end we can say that JM (and the fact that Juliana Grandi is now the main director producer on the EU side of Blacked/Tushy/Vixen ad a lot to do) has cut out a lot of models from both PW and LP.
At least on the LP side, to go to JM they have to do the scenes for giolabs first, so at least we have something... before they do the "vanilla style".

Yep, JM is still sort of a normal agency, despite those strong Tushy links.
Now in Bp most JM girls are also represented by other agencies, thus there is a choice to book them from.
Not sure whats the exact case in Piter, but looks strange to let First Models scout and prepare all those girls for DAP and than take them under JM wings. I'd rather hope for a direct export route to Prague without Bp with all those possibilities of nice candlelight dinners with lier APE etc. Would just be the safer route.

I can imagine who they wanna change again and JM telling them new lies and trying them aboard by all means because they are indeed ideal Tushyraw material. But depending on travel situation in the end First Models have better cards because they are directly linked to a studio providing for jobs here & now.

Is the agency -> studio situation really this messed up? It makes no sense to me that an agency would limit the work opportunities for their models in order that they only work for a specific studio. I thought the purpose of the agent was finding work for models and not keeping models away from work?

If it's the case that Firs Models only let models work for studios publishing under the LP platform, that is as much a problem for the model as if JM only lets models work for Vixen/Tushy. At least in the latter case the work environment seems a lot more glamorous for the models, and perhaps bears the possibility of future work in the US, as seems to be a dream for many European girls. I don't think you can blame the models for jumping ship to JM, if FM seems to them a dead end with nothing but an ever-increasing number of dicks in their ass, until they eventually burn out.

Since I don't like American porn, I would prefer to be wrong about this.

I can give you a name, I think Martina Smeraldi is one if not the only European who has recently made US productions. And she is certainly not a vanilla model, she did everything in Europe before the short tour in the USA .

She also did Tushyraw, but went directly to the USA! She didn't need Julmodels...just to make the Tushy spin-off european production.

So, ''seems to be a dream for many European girls'', and yes, it will stay a dream for many.

So, it is always better for me to work for as many productions as possible without being exclusive to a single agency.

Why are US models successful in the US and work for any production, the most vanilla, the most hardcore, anal, vaginal whatever and would not be possible in the EU? (The audience has different tastes, and fans of the models will still watch their scenes, whether they did Anal, DP for BlacksonBlondes or whatever (to name an American hardcore production) or not.
It's just a bullshit of European agencies that want to control models and for personal business, obviously the fact that Juliana Grandi is also the director / producer of Tushy and at the same time manager of an agency (Julmodels) is a BIG conflict of interest . Let's not fool ourselves. So, they does what they does for their business, certainly not for the career of the girls, who are blinded by the glamorous lights of this production, but then soon will realize that they will not last very long while remaining JM exclusive.

They can work for many studios with First Models not only LP.
But JM probably lures them indeed with US contract dream. Its bs of course and you can indeed count them on 1 hand, but girls want glamour and good money and US Dream is still alive not only in Russia.

JM doenst scout their own girls, but steal them from other Russian agencies!
Every girl gets a proposition from them to switch agency.
