Depends on the day.

Some days, I watch for a couple hours. Other days, I don't watch any porn at all.

Actual shoots can take 4-5 hours, but a lot of that time is spent waiting around on different things.

Slightly off topic, but I've always wondered if people actually watch the scenes all the way through? Myself, I skip through the majority of each scene and just watch the action I enjoy. I can't imagine sitting down to watch an entire 50 minute or even 20 minute scene all the way through from start to finish. The 2 hours I watch per week could be taken from 10 or more scenes.

I would say about two or three hours a week. Life just doesn't allow it as much any more, no time. At my height however, I would probably spend 2-3 hours a day. I do remember a weekend with absolutely nothing to do where I watched porn probably 12 hours each day. I would say two out of every three hours from 7 am to 1 am. I usually go straight to the fucking. OR Ill skip when theres a guys ass all over the screen or some other stuff I dont want to see.

I probably average 3-4 hours per week, it would definitely be more if I had the time. However when I get the opportunity, either home alone or in a hotel I will binge on porn for 6, 7 or 8 hours straight.
