4K files NATIVE frame rate and res? (Newbie question)

Newbie here. Can anyone confirm that the 4K files on LP derive from true 2160p60 workflow (capture, intermediate, encode)? (I can't tell from 1080p streamed previews.)

Or what's the spec for purchased LP 4K files?

I hope to distinguish quality 4K 60fps from upscaled / frame-interpolated video.
