Most PORNBOX Customers after some time realise that PORNBOX SUPPORT is the worst in the Porn Industry and would probably vote them as having the poorest support.
Even the Support button is actually only a chat link for new models suggestions and has nothing to do with support.
So instead we have to go onto this discussion forum where SUPPORT does not reply to any issues.

Currently there are 2 major issues which they have refused to comment on;
1. ALL PORNBOX VIDEOS FROM MARCH 2023 HAVE BEEN HALVED IN video file SIZE AND NOW LOOK RUBBISH. TOO MUCH COMPRESSION APPLIED.
2. PORNWORLD.COM HAS OVER 200 4K VIDEOS THAT DO NOT PLAY FROM 2021 TO 2020. THE STUDIO LIASON IS COMPLETELY USELESS AND KEEPS SAYING THEY ARE FIXED ON MY END.
PETR KAPWAN IN SUPPORT HAS BEEN SATING THEY ARE FIXED NOW SINCE FEBRUARY AGAIN AND AGAIN, BUT NOTHING IS FIXED. THIS WEEK HE STATED WE ARE FIXING THEM NOW.
THE IDIOT STUDIO LIASON DOES NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.

Never had a problem with their support, on the contrary.
