Scene from a horror movie early 1980's help required

Hi I can't place this scene from a horror movie that I saw in early 1980's when a beautiful demure short haired brunette appeared in front of the protagonist naked from waist up...

First I thought it was from Amityville 1/2/3, but I couldn't find anything to go on.

Anything ring a bell with anyone from movies of that time & genre?
