I don't advocate piracy, but it's not piracy when the creator WILL NOT LET YOU pay for and download the scenes. If a consumer is willing to spend their money for content they want, and the owner does not allow them to pay for it so they can download said scene, finding them on the internet is the only resort if you want to be able to view it.

I completely understand the predicament for US customers, but your reasoning for why it isn't piracy boils down to: I can't buy it, but I want it, therefore what I'm doing isn't stealing. That stance wouldn't be acceptable in any other context and it's a rather stupid way of rationalizing it.

For the record, I don't care about the internet habits of others; a large majority of people are guilty of pirating something in their life. What I can't comprehend is the attempt to justify piracy on the production companies forum and gloating about your own involvement in it, that is the very definition of "IDIOTIC".

Rubbish, for a start piracy isn't stealing... stealing would be going into the legalporno studio room and taking the original scene from the premises.
The way things are now I highly doubt the pee scenes will return, in fact that is what xxx said... they are not coming back and may be removed entirely from the site some day.

I honestly have no interest, or wish to waste my own time, offering up a rebuttal to your obvious lack of intelligence.

Stealing is when you take something from someone causing them to not have it anymore.
Piracy is downloading a scene which someone has bought and is willing to share.. it's illegal, but it's not stealing.
If anyone is lacking intelligence here it is you.

I'm telling you in layman's terms exactly what stealing is because you obviously are that dumb,
a guy using a forum to call people idiots and stupid,
get the f**k outta here.

I was pointing out the irony in somebody expressing another persons actions as "IDIOTIC", whilst he simultaneously stated that he pirates this companies material and will continue to do so.

I asked you if you were dumb because what you wrote was one of the dumbest things I've read on here. As far as you're concerned, you would only be stealing LP's content if you walked in to their studios, physically picked something up, and then walked away with it.

Full Definition of steal
stole play \ˈstōl\ sto·len play \ˈstō-lən\ steal·ing
intransitive verb
1
: to take the property of another wrongfully and especially as a habitual or regular practice
2
: to come or go secretly, unobtrusively, gradually, or unexpectedly
3
: to steal or attempt to steal a base

transitive verb
1
a : to take or appropriate without right or leave and with intent to keep or make use of wrongfully
b : to take away by force or unjust means
c : to take surreptitiously or without permission
d : to appropriate to oneself or beyond one's proper share
2
a : to move, convey, or introduce secretly : smuggle
b : to accomplish in a concealed or unobserved manner <steal a visit>
3
a : to seize, gain, or win by trickery, skill, or daring <a basketball player adept at stealing the ball> <stole the election>
b of a base runner : to reach (a base) safely solely by running and usually catching the opposing team off guard

When you read the descriptions above, do they strictly imply that stealing is the physical removal of somebody elses property ?

To put it simply, the content produced for this website is the property of Legalporno, they own the copyright. They provide a service which allows us to purchase a digital version of their material for personal use only. If you acquire that product without any cost to yourself, you're depriving the creator of the remuneration they seek for their work. Whether or not someone chooses to illegally share their paid copy online is irrelevant, you've obtained the property of somebody else wrongfully and without payment, i.e stolen it.

Once again, I don't care what steps need to be taken in the U.S. for the customers to view the content that's being withheld, I realise this is their only option, but why come on here gloating about it.

Yesterday I joined 666Bukakke. My credit card was not declined and I'm in the United States. I was able to purchase and download their content, which is mostly anal sex, bukakke and piss drinking (sometimes all in the same scene). Why is LP so afraid of allowing U.S. customers access to the piss video archives?

Why you say?, i think i can make an answer for that one... To help LEGALPORNO to realize that is better for them to keep producing and releasing all the beautyfull piss videos that they really know how to make.

The reason piracy is not stealing is because the person who bought and owns their copy of the video has allowed others to have it illegally.
So the person who downloads it from them has not stolen it.

If anyone has committed the worst offense it's the person that uploaded their copy, not the person who acquired it, even tho yes, both are illegal, the person downloading the scene has not stolen it to obtain it.
Anyway this has been argued about since the internet began.. for the record I bought all the pee scenes from lp.
