Promoting back catalogue from sales perspective

I think more could be done here, in particular to encourage members who may not be aware of the quality of some of the older stuff & the great prices & value to be had in exploring.

I'm not sure what though.

I belonged to another site for a year, that has what, 30 at most, updates a year, so anyone joining knows they're there for the historic product.

LP | | AV on the other hand, prides itself as being a dynamic, always on the move site. This tends to focus people away from the past.

For example, how many members are aware of Lucie Wilde who shone so brightly & briefly a few years ago & whose scenes can be bought at great price? Probably not many.

Hey I've an idea.

Why not use this thread to highlight scenes you've recently bought (or downloaded free) that are pre-2017 & you think are memorable? It might inspire others to look into the model too, if they didn't know of her or the scene.

Just post link to scene & a picture from the zip file & maybe why you like the scene?

Andy Brown. Andy was a very good looking Hungarian model, who put on weight later in her career. It really suited her, she became very full-bodied woman. I am grateful LP managed to have her for two amazing scenes, one with Simone Style, before she retired.

From a Pornbox perspective my guess is they're unlikely to do anything to particularly push older content and they'd prefer people to be paying more for newer scenes. I will say that the free content hasn't increased for a long time now and do wonder if doing so might include more memberships as a form of compensation of the higher prices for newer scenes. I doubt it will happen though.

People here highlighting favourite older scenes for other members to check out is something I'm always in favour of though . I guess here we're talking about scenes to buy but before I suggest one I'll just mention this thread I started a few years ago for recommended free scenes:

If you specifically want a pre-2017 scene I've bought recently and enjoyed then the standout for me is Sofi Goldfinger's debut from 2015. For me it's a good demonstration of a 1 on 1 scene that I think really benefits from including both vaginal and anal penetration rather than the current 0% pussy dominance.

If LPAV wanted to, they could definitely promote more of their back catalogue e.g. scenes shot from 3+ years ago!
Especially, if these older scenes are priced at say 3.8-5.5 tickets which are much lower in cost compared to the newest scenes...I am sure they would see significantly increased custom in their older scenes!
