I think you're misinformed about the nature of much prostitution. You seem to imagine nothing but drugged out street whores trafficked by pimps. While this certainly exists, it's not what I was referring to. There's another facet, that somewhat resembles the porn star escorting you refer to. Many of these ladies have other career prospects, yet engage in this activity primarily for fun, with profit being a side benefit. For the most part, these women LOVE sex and find it very exciting to get fucked by many different men. They choose escorting as a way to indulge their sexual appetites in a much more discrete way than porn offers.

What's not to like? Well, the fact that it is prostitution as opposed to porn, which isn't. I understand the practicalities of why porn girls do escorting but the thread is asking about the benefits of porn from a female porn star's point of view so I'm explaining one, namely the quality of the sex. If porn girls could get the exact same quality of sex from escorting as porn then it stands to reason they would only do escorting and never shoot any porn scenes as not only is the money likely to be better but it's also private so they wouldn't need to expose themselves and risk damage to their reputation etc.

I really don't understand the concept of male porn viewers assuming that female porn stars don't enjoy the scenes they shoot and always viewing it in purely monetary terms. Most women enjoy sex, female porn stars have very large sexual appetites and porn scenes represent elite sex involving Alpha males (and often many of them). It doesn't take Einstein to join the dots and see a tangible benefit from porn for a sexually active and adventurous young lady beyond simply being paid for it.

But for sure your fairy tale world blacks out all tech ppl standing around the couch the porn girl tries to have fun on, also the constant director instudctions, the cuts, the awkward gymnastic positions, the sometimes dirty studio floors, the studio cold in winter and heat in summer, all the waiting around till the studs are ready to shoot/to fuck/to anything etc.

Vulture misunderstands my comment. I firmly believe that most porn girls really enjoy getting fucked on camera. I believe they enjoy the sex -- including the extreme sex acts -- and I believe many enjoy the thought of the world watching them as they get fucked. The money is an added incentive.

Beyond that, both porn and outright prostitution bear the same social stigma. Some girls, as he suggests, might prefer prostitution as a way to fuck lots of guys for fun and profit because it risks less public exposure. Girls who do porn, on the other hand, really don't care who knows or sees what they're doing. They'll fuck on camera for the world to see and they'll fuck guys in private as escorts. Porn sex might offer experiences unavailable in prostitution, but that doesn't mean a girl doesn't get enjoyment from her escort work and would refuse to do it.

Every escort girl I've known, including a few porn actresses, has loved escorting, despite some complaints. The porn girls, by the way, have expressed the same opinion of porn work.

Both sex work jobs have pros and cons, like any other jobs.
But for both for sure girls really loving sex incl. its not standard ways fare much better and do a much better job, too.
Personally I would prefer porn to be able to give a full good monthly income to our girls again, so that biz faced less booking and health hazard created by other sex works problems.
But biz is as it is.
