Pornbox Streaming Quality Question

Does anyone know if the 4K video streams at the same bitrate as the download able file? 30mbps. Meaning, is there any appreciable difference in watching a 4k Pornbox video streamed on a good 4K monitor/OLED TV versus downloading it to PC and watching it? I'm also not talking about playback issues/buffering due to internet speeds (usually a nonfactor for me with 400mbps average connection), just purely wondering about the visual quality/file size/bitrate.

I understand there are many other reasons to download a file instead of streaming it (besides just a potential higher quality), but was still curious about this factor.
