Broken filters [Tranny]

Same here - this has always been an issue. The reason is studios either not tagging a scene as transexual or tagging it incorrectly. It doesn't help that there are dozens of variations on the tag, such as TS (of which the scene you mention had several tags) and Trans, but these don't seem to trigger the filter.

Another issue is how the filters are set up. Studio filters seem to trump any others, for example, Yummy has had tranny scenes lately, if you like that, fine, But I don't. I had Yummy as a 2 up arrows, and even though I have tranny as 2 down arrows, the studio tag wins the event. Because of this, Yummy is now a 1 down, it still shows up in my main page, but at the bottom, after the 3000 new fucking studios that get put there daily.

I believe with trans you can filter it in your account settings (the arrow in the top right of your screen, has a bunch of options including prolapse, puke, piss, TS, gay) and then it's an even stronger block than hiding a tag. The videos won't show up at all if they're correctly tagged, no matter what tags you follow.

That's weird, I had all those selected, when I checked today many of them were un-selected. WTF?? The main page is a dumpster fire. The option to hide unwanted sites doesn't work, and apparently the tags we have the option to turn off now can turn back on. DOES ANYONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE MAIN PAGE GIVE A FUCK!!!!

I have Trans and Gay content hidden on that option, and the Yummy 'Naughty Tranny Isabella Salvatore' scene the OP complained about still shows up on my main page feed. The scene is currently tagged with 'Big dick TS', 'Big tits TS', 'Man fucking TS', 'Ts anal', 'TS cock', 'TS ejaculation' and 'Young TS'. None of these are enough to trip the trans filter. My hunch is that only the specific tag 'transexual' will trigger the system into thinking its a trans scene.

Yeah, if it's not tagged correctly then that won't help. I was really responding to Seraph0257's complaint about trans porn still showing up with it marked with two down arrows, since your account settings override any liked/disliked tags.
