beauty is in the eye of the beholder. it depends on what you are looking for. but no need to be rude about those that don't appeal to you. what doesn't apeal to you isn't ugly, it's just not your thing. A matter of taste.

i agree that it would appear as if the average age for the current group of big ticket LP performers may have gone up since this time last year. my impression, though i haven't done the maths and i could be wrong.

this may be partly due to popular young performers like goldie and lita leaving and no one of their appeal and youth arriving to fill the vacuum (though i was never a fan of either tbh, too young and girly for me).
there are vacancies there and i'm sure the LP directors are doing their best to fill them. not their fault that as soon as they bring a couple of popular young models on and get them up to speed, a big money us company dives in with an offer they can't refuse. I'm sure Giorgio, Stefano, etc, are as frustrated as you to lose them. their r&d from which someone else creams off the profits.
obviously the girls are after the best deal they can get. like footballers, they have short careers at the top of their game and in high demand. so not to be blamed either.

Gabriella is here and just getting started. give her time to get comfortable with adult work (she's only 18) and establish herself. support her with your tickets and positive feedback and she may end up staying here long enough to become a better performer than goldie and lita combined.

the apparent change in average age of LP girls may also be due to the balance (or so it seems) of the new arrivals this year being mid-20s and over, rather than under 25s and teens. those two things combined may give the impression that the age average has gone up, but it is always marginal and always subject to immediate change. by christmas that could completely change.
for example, if alex grey and jenna j ross suddenly decide they want to do europe and try some daring things while they are there... that may be a wild outside probability, but there again charlotte sartre is here. obviously she's braver and wilder than most of the young us crop, but who knows who may be inspired by that next.

young women in particular can be viciously competitive if they think someone else is stealing their thunder. that often results in some interesting spectator sport.
