Guys, talented girls have to be paid better! It's a market of very rare talents, girls that are great are just moving on from studios like NRX and others, as they can just pay more. Don't be greedy, you can pay more, and get a few more scenes to realese. There is also a chance to get back a few great talents from the past! Imagine Luna Melba, Leo Ashoka or Lia Lin coming back... That would be a lot of 1st 2nd or 3rd best selling scenes!

Please guys, think about it, announce to the models that they can get more money Also, maybe officially support their private channels in the descriptions of a Video? Maybe you can run those official private accounts?

Payment has to be fair. So much is clear.
But I think you are maybe not aware enough of the fact that a porn studio has to generate enough money to keep the whole place and all behind-the-scene workers like camera, light, scouts - very important @ NRX! - MU, cleaning, security etc- working. Also every porn destination has their own going rates, which cant be on a level outplaying all other competitors in that town because competition still creates a favorable overall business environment.

Let me mention an example from the past: Around 2008 in Budapest, then Europes porn capital, DAP rates skyrocked because of 1-2 players in town. Production went down in course, a few years later Prague took over as porn capital. Bibi Black at that time asked for 1400 Euro for a simple 3on1 DAP! Average monthly income than was about 270euro in Budapest. Model agent of that girl asked 5 times more! More welknown girl asked for even more, up to 10-12mothly incomes for just 1 DAP! Crazy!
But with such a policy they killed almost whole local porn industry.

Depends on where.
In Russia NRX still pays best. And the times Russian producers payed 3-400$ for DAP and git enough talent willing to perform for that price are over 12-15 years already.

Again as example Budapest of 2008 shows there is a thereshold in fees better not reached if a player doesnt wanna kick itself out of market. But of course fees have to be fair for the girls doin these ever more demanding porn jobs and they have to sustainable in given talent pool. Russian talent pool is still very big. OP seems to forget that, btw.
