No sound at 38 secs mark is ok, but i have missing sound bits in most videos if not all. maybe it's due to different encoding for every user. (you know anti-piracy measures)
anyway this happens mainly in VLC. try kmplayer, it'll solve the problem.

sound at 38 secs mark is ok for me on vlc. again different users different encoding. that's my guess.
