Paid for 120TKT reload but recieved less than 50 tickets
Posted: Fri Nov 07, 2025 3:43 amHi, I just paid for a 120 ticket reload (which would mean I should have had 129 tickets in total because of existing tickets I owned), however my balance only topped up to 57 tickets. Can my tickets be increased to the correct amount please
