LATIN TEENS productions & Dave_Mont situation

Hey there, I have a confusion concerning these 2 studios. LTP originally produced the scenes, but Dave_Mont aka Bruno Films is only releasing them at a lower price. Is this studio legit?

According to Pornbox they are legit studios re-selling the same already sold scenes. You may also add AnalTeens. So already for the 3rd time they try to con users to buy the same scene again. For me it's a scam!
But obviously Pornbox gets a share in that scheme and thus they tolerate it.

I see, not supporting scams is crucial / I'd like to know if the three studios have reached an agreement regarding sharing scenes.
