Got charged on Nov 11 for subscription but no tickets were deposited
No reply in chat for 5 days
No reply from email support for 4 days

120 tickets were deposited on that day.
I am sending a list of the scenes that were purchased since then with those tickets.

Reload of tickets is just a package of tickets. Non-recurring.
