I'm not sure why this is, my payment card doesn't expire until 2026. But I'm not receiving the monthly allocation of 48 tickets.

I have cancelled your membership manually. You can now purchase a new one, there was some problem charging your card.

You do not lose anything in the process. Your scenes are still yours and your tickets as well.
