First I had every other day an info that my subscription was running out even I never cancelled it. They asked for a certain amount in Czech currency (strange enough) to prevent it from running out. That started about 2-3 weeks ago.

Did somebody else usually not paying in CZK have this?

Than suddenly yesterday they claimed my subscription had run out - while I never cancelled it. Seems a lot points that it didnt run out in effect, but I didnt get my 40 TKT allocated.

The system was trying to charge a card that has already expired.

I have manually cancelled your membership now, so you should be able to purchase a new one.

Tickets do not decay and you purchased scenes are still yours, so you do not lose anything with this procedure.

I changed my credit card, but put the new one into system with problem.
However, I think its more complicated an issue because all seems to work like before, just that from time to time, once or twice a day, window claims that I had halted subscription, which is simply not true.
Also I have not received the 40TKT for Decemeber.
What would I have to do to get them without terminating the subscription, which I dont want to do because I would loose my old free TKT allocation? Again: I never cancelled my subscription, that statement of system is simply not true!

Free tkt system is obsolete and the site is not made to support it anymore.
Your free tkt would not decay and you can still use them for old scenes, but there are no updates for it, so I recommend getting more tickets for the same buck.

The system went rogue, I do not know what happened, but your recurring was set for March 2025, so that seemed not great.

Did you pay for December and not received your tickets?

I will have to check my credit card slip first. I' will let you know.
But 10years it was just recurring and first days of month I got my 40TKT, old long time member option incl. 1 free TKT per day, but less premium TKT (I think 40 instead of 48TKT).

If system went rogue it's not my fault and I sure dont want to change my old deal, ie. less prime tickets per month but incl. free tickets according old subscription agreement.

My 40TKT dropped yesterday, Dec 10th.
Maybe I over-reacted about no TKT drop complaint, but for sure strange things were happening and maybe still are on my subscription, including those pay requests in CZK (Czech Crowns) all of a sudden, while I never had payed in that currency before.

Your membership seems to be active, as well with the free tkt as you wished.
In the system I can see your usual currency. Where did you see CZK?

If that strange reminder and proposition to pay a sum in Czech Currency should pop-up again I'll make you a screenshot.
