I have manually cancelled your membership now, so you should be able to purchase a new one.
Tickets do not decay and you purchased scenes are still yours, so you do not lose anything with this procedure.
I changed my credit card, but put the new one into system with problem.
However, I think its more complicated an issue because all seems to work like before, just that from time to time, once or twice a day, window claims that I had halted subscription, which is simply not true.
Also I have not received the 40TKT for Decemeber.
What would I have to do to get them without terminating the subscription, which I dont want to do because I would loose my old free TKT allocation?
Again: I never cancelled my subscription, that statement of system is simply not true!
