Have login not connected to email

So I login via a username. Before it was moved from my email due to some potential login issues to a new account. I had a situation today where I thought I lost my login which got me thinking I should figure out or connect my username to an email (if not already connected). I have no idea what email iits connected to.
How do I check? If i needed support can they reach out to me via chat. Not sure what to do - I just am scared all of my history might just get lost one day. Thanks.
