I paid money for this video thinking I'd get it in high resolution. However, it turns out the so-called high resolution version is just be grainy upscale of the lowest-rez version. I hope you still have the original high resolution master version somewhere, to fix this!
If it absolutely can't be fixed, I suppose I want a refund. But I'd much rather have it fixed.
