Can't take membership-PayPal Segpay

Whenever I am trying to pay through paypal, the segpay page is showing "Invalid Package ID."Please help.

N F Studio scene.I have provided every detail in mail as you said.I.e. the error page link, the link of scene I want to buy, screenshot of the error etc.Please help.
