Request on refund for accidental purchase

I accidentally purchased the library of "KATIA SWEET". I have not downloaded nor watched the scenes except for "Sexy Skinny Katia sweet hardcore gangbang first TAP / dap big gape" which I previously purchased with my TKT. Please help to refund and remove the scenes from my library if necessary.

P.S. much appreciated if there is a confirming step before purchasing any scene.
