31 Scenes Refund

Hello,
I logged in today to find 31 new scenes in my library that I have absolutely no memory of purchasing, and my tickets depleted down to 4. I could not tell you exactly how many tickets I had before these scenes mysteriously appeared, but I
believe it was somewhere between the mid double digits and low triple digits.

1) I would like these scenes to be removed from my library, and the tickets (not cash) refunded to my account. I have not watched the scenes and do not plan to, since they do not appear to interest me.

2) I would like to know when these purchases occured, if possible, and whether the IP address came from a network I've used before, or somewhere else. To be completely honest, I'm less concerned with the tickets being spent than I am with the possibility that someone may have taken control of my computer!
