Dear Support,

I do not know why, but recently my recurring 3 month membership has stopped, and when I try to reactivate it...it keeps saying failed.

I have tried to reload 120 tickets with a different credit card, which works... but I still cannot add a new credit card to pay for my membership.

Any help and support would be much appreciated, from xxxVIPERxxx

Hi,

There was truly an error in charging your card. From what I could see, it was trying to bill the old card.

I have stopped the future automatic attempts, you can now purchase a membership and should be prompted to choose any card you want.
