I post again here as our supposedly privileged content creator support is not responding to anything at all:

since yesterday 11:00, thumbnails are not being generated, so it becomes impossible to release any content since more than 24h now!

No pee scenes displayed, now this... What is going on please?

5 videos still in "encoding" pending status without thumbs being generated since over 36 hours (when it takes generally 2)3 hours for thumbs to be generated and video ready for issue!)...!!

Other studios tell me the same...

Don't you want us to release new videos on the webiste?

While I would be happy to help, I do not see any information about creators.
It would be best to contact Sheer support for these types of problems, as they are the platform that deals with content creators.

What do you think I am doing since days?!
They just don't reply.

I also have a manager contact by whatsapp who doesn't answer me to my many issues for the past months

I'd prefer to avoid explaining things in public on the forum but at some point, when the site leaves creators like on an abandoned sinking ship, that becomes the only way to be heard...!!

We are 5 independant Studios talking in a whatsapp group and we're all in the situation.
