Tickets spent without my authorization

Good evening

I have a BIG problem :

Friday evening I topped up my account for 120tkt
I bought the scene of Lena Coxx and P.Sluts vol 15

Logging in today, I see that I have less than 1 ticket left, so I contact support directly and get no answer.
Searching a little, I see in my purchase history that I have more than a dozen TobyDick Studio scenes that were purchased after P.Sluts, I have NEVER made these purchases what does this mean?

I've just lost 90 tickets to piracy? or a system error?
I need your help, the loss is huge and it's scaring me for the future.

I don't even want to reload tickets with this kind of risk, it's VERY dangerous!
Tonight's update is just around the corner and I won't even be able to buy a scene, it's really unacceptable.

I hope so...
In the meantime, I won't be recharging my account, so I'm deprived of all purchases.
It's very frustrating but reloading tickets would be too risky in these conditions.
I'm disgusted ...

Please use the following site to recover your password : https://pornbox.com/reset-password

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first and sometimes your browser can log you in automatically. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

I just send you a mail with the same message.

I hope you'll be able to help me quickly, I already had a problem with an unauthorized debit from the site a few months ago and I contacted support via email without any response.
I thought that contacting you via the forum would be different ... anyway.

It's been three days now that I've been deprived of any purchase on the site and that I've been robbed of 90 tickets, LP is my reference site for porn but it's starting to be bad.
