Ticket Fraud

I have had fraudulent ticket $250 charges on a few occasions now and support is not interested in helping, just collecting the money.

The password reset link is also broken, so the site is meant to stay highly unsecure.

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

Refund was performed for the last 250 ticket purchase and I have blocked the ability to pay on your account for now

The Returned amount should be displayed in your bank statement in several days.

Thank you for responding, but unfortunately that link only redirects to the main site. I have tried using it in the past.

Will the blocked payment affect the monthly memberships that I legitimately purchased?

No it will not.

Please open the link in private tab or a new browser. The cookies are redirecting you to the main page.

The reset worked, but seem to have created a worse issue in the process.

Reset my password, and then added google auth in the hope to increase security. Now the site just sends me in a loop back and forth - if I select google auth, it does the connection but then kicks me to a email password input anyway. When I put in the correct info, it tells me to use Google auth instead. Cant find away around it.

Could you please send a screenshot of the failed google login?

Also - your account is now blocked because of a chargeback for the same thing we have refunded you. Could you elaborate on that?

As for the chargeback, the financial institution must have flagged the activity as fraud. The card is now paused as well. I have to call them about this.

I do not want to lose my entire account and all my legitimate purchases and subscriptions because of this.
