I wrote the below article a few days ago.

There was no answer, and I think the reason is that I wrote this to the Support post as a reply.
So I sent this to email "support@pornbox" and there is still no answer.
Of course the support chat is not worked.
What can I do?
(I checked some posts, and most of people didn't get the answer from the support email.)

Hello,

I understand that the clip might not be to your liking, due to the sound issues.
We cannot really reupload the RAW material, the studio made a choice to upload like this.

I can offer you the tickets for the scene back, so you can try a different scene.

As for the support chat, could you maybe try from a different browser to check if that might be the issue?

Many thanks for your reply.

1. I used Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
The problem is still being occured on the 2 browers.

2. I really like that scene, so I decided to buy the video.
Only the problem is the background music, and I think it is possible to remove just the music.
If you could not, could you please let me know who is in charge of this? (I think the person is in the studio.)
Actually, I want to write this request on the studio, but there is no studio forum (F models studio).
Then, I can contact them directly.

I hope you can help these issues.

I have just checked and the music in the video stops around 11 minute mark for me.

Does the same happen to you?

It is an older video and they used to do it like this back in the day.


Could you please send a screenshot of the chat problem here?

Please check the attached screenshot.
I tried to use the support chat, but as you see, there is only the white screen.

And, I understand that they made some video with the music.
But I purchased that video due to its solo scene, and I am not interested in other scene, but only the solo scene contains the music....That is too sad.
And I think it is possible to remove the music because they have an original source of the video, and the music could be removed by the tools such as Final cut Pro / Vegas / Power Director / Premier Pro.
Normally, they put the music to the original source using by these tools.
If it needs some costs, I am willing to pay for that work.

I am not sure about the chat, as it is working for me. Could you try google chrome, without any addons, please?
