Update payment method - recurring payment

I keep getting emails saying the membership payment didn't go through. Never had this issue. Where do I update the payment method? Tried several times and emailed support several times but didn't get a response.

I have replied to your email, you can now purchase a new membership.

You can update your card at gtfcharge.com but you need to make a purchase with it first.

Oneclick payment was disabled for your account, so you will be prompted to add a new card.
