I really like to have my money refunded.
What is the procedure to have it back?
I thought the subscription would give access to all videos of Analvids. But in order to see you have to pay.
I know I have received some tkts, but did not spent any... I would like to cancel

The Returned amount should be displayed in your bank statement in several days
