I am pretty sure a lot of other people have this problem but if they're like me they can't log in to complain.

I have an old account which has 2k+ paid videos in my library. The account has a USERNAME, (bimbo4ever) which is NOT an email address.

I don't have access to the email address anymore, but there seems to be no way to update the email address associated with the account.

I've tried to use the support desk, it just asks me to log in with my email.

So I try to log into my account on a new laptop. It says "PLEASE USE GOOGLE AUTH"

WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?

I DON'T HAVE GOOGLE AUTH! I NEVER SET UP GOOLGE AUTH!!! AND I DONT WANT ALL MY PORN VIEWING HABITS ON GOOGLE! YOU MORONS!!!

SO now, I can't log in, even with the right password to an account I paid PROBABLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLLARS FOR over ten years or so.

PLEASE ADMINS, FIX THIS GOOGLE AUTH BULLSHIT!!!

As for you Pr0nifer, google auth triggers if you login with your google account once and then it forces you to use that way in the future.

You can try clicking on the google logo and login with an account linked with google.

I have reported this again to our technicians to take a look on this logic as it clearly causes trouble.

Yes if this is not fixed very soon I would also like a refund, for my entire library.

I have no porn account linked with google. To be honest I do not want google having an index of the porn I watch and I am probably not alone in this.

I have found your account under that username, but I do not see any restrictions.

You should be able to login there or use your gmail (That is registered to the account) to login.

The situation has gotten worse. Since several months, i cannot login directly from the forum, and i had to login first in the Pornbox and then use the "Discussion" (link to the forum) tag to open the forum and push the "Login" button.

My surprise today is the "Discussion" tag of the Pornbox has been replaced by a "Membership" tag, ok, is fine if you have decided organize better the available memberships but for what reason did you remove the "Discussion" tag? i have now to log in PB and write the address of the forum in the navigator. How long will remain this problem? Is for be worried, is too much time to fix a login issue.

I am having this same issue. I am having to use a different account to even post or message support because I can't log into my account with all my library, and it seems unlikely that I'm going to be able to get support to change the email associated with that account and be able to restore all my purchased scenes, so I may have to have them delete that account since it still may be a member if I didn't cancel it. If this happens I will be sure to make a point to not make any further purchases on this site in the future. In my case I did have an email for my account, but 1 it wasn't google so the stuff about "after youve logged in once using google it forces you to use google auth in the future" is bullshit, and 2 I lost access to that email as in it can't even receive emails so I have no way to recover the account with password recovery.

If you can prove you have owned the old account (credit card information or SegPay Purchase number serves as confirmation) then your email can be changed to a new one.
