Hi,
i had a problem during payment with tickets. It said that i don't have enough tickets(which was not the case).
After the error was shown, there were still 2 scenes left in my cart(around 29 tickets) and almost all my tickets were gone(3.59 are left).
I had 3 scenes in my cart for a reduced price(0.1 Ticket, because i already owned the dry version of the scenes).
But i believe the full price were charged for the 3 scenes, because the price for the 3 scenes together would be 25.5 tickets(dry version of the scenes).
That amount plus the tokens i have left match the price for the remaining cart.
I already tried to contact the support through the chat but no reaction.
Today i wrote an email to the support and I got a reply that a ticket is created at zendesk.
Now i login to zendesk and see that the ticket is "Solved" but without a comment or that i got tickets back.
(I accidentally wrote "tokens" in that request, although I meant tickets, maybe that why it was closed?)
Can somebody from the Support Team help me?
