Payment declined

Just a heads up in case anyone else has an issue. I've attempted to pay for a reload of tickets today a number of times with the transaction saying bank declined each time. Using my normal credit card which has had many other GTFcharge transactions accepted previously without any issue. I am usually sent OTP pop up to complete but today nothing - just each transaction declined.

After I posted I recalled a similar previous situation that occurred around 16 months ago:

On this occasion the 3d dialog box/OTP password request was not appearing on the GTflix payment processing page after the user clicked on the submit button.

Maybe Kapwn could look into/check with the developers/technical team to see if this is happening again?

Hi.

Tried again tonight, transaction declined three times.

Tried making purchase on different device, logged into payment card app, stayed logged in to app, didn't use vpn. Then transaction worked, topped up three ticket packages.

Have not had to take these measures before but anyway...

ps. 3d dialog box/OTP request appeared when using iphone as above but not when using ipad/vpn. Hasn't been a problem before.
