Error at download

Each time I try to download a movie, I have just a error page after 1min. The download never start.

Ok, now, it's the same message before I've made the attestation procedure...
"High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support. Contact support to unlock your account."
I've already do that procedure (and it took 4 days to completed !) and I must do that shit again ?

download stops at 108kb at all files for me

problem is fixed now
