If you get a refund depends on what "snippets" you are referring to and whether or not it can be considered an essential part of the advertisement which wouldn't make your buy it if you knew it. Trailer is very short. Basically only dildo play, dildo insertion, and sex in different position e.g. anal fuck.
Now if the real video doesn't contain any dildo play whatsoever or anal sex then I can see your point.
But if 1 sexposition didn't make it to the video then I think you're out of luck. Would it be otherwise, people would analyze any little shitty part of a trailer to find a reason to get a refund after watching/downloading the video they purchased. Even wrong tags aren't always refunded, unless of course it says something like interracial or a sex act like dap and it isn't in the video.
Any sort of movie trailer is composed of actual footage of the movie it advertises. Why would the seller put these snippets in the trailer, if they didn't consider them "essential"? You can be sure that the seller considered any of these snippets fit to trigger a purchase decision, so telling me that I have basically no right to complain seems a little contradictory.
And quite honestly, I don't understand why you would argue against me to begin with, seeing that my request doesn't affect you at all.
Anyways, my initial request stands. Preferably I would like to get what was advertised. If that for whatever reason isn't possible, I'd like a refund, or else I won't be buying anything from here anymore.
Did you even read what the fuck I said because still didn't give an answer here (to support) as to WHAT SNIPPETS your are even talking about. I tell you that you need to tell support what is "incomplete" or "failing" according to you so that they can decide if you can get your few shitty dollars/euros back for a supposed failing "snippet".
As long as porn exist there have been instances where even the back cover shows a screen shot of stuff which isn't there. Nothing new. The question is whether or not it is an essential part. You didn't mention shit in that regard. Maybe the trailer showed the girl wearing green eye shadow in stead of blue, and you might have a specific fetish for green eye shadow and bought because of this reason. Or the dildo part or anal part from the trailer is not in it. That's a whole different thing. Enough frauds who want to masturbate over a scene and then try to find ways to get their few shitty dollars back for no reasonable reason only because they have buyer's remorse. It's like renting a movie back in the day or buying a book, watching and reading it, and then ask back for a refund because you didn't like it.
I don't argue against you, I simply tell you how it is. And since you don't answer here to support WHAT is missing from the trailer and WHY they should give you back money without explanation on your part, you are expecting them to be able to read you mind. It's not how it works.
If you don't like to explain to support and therefor won't come back to this site then go ahead they won't cry about it.
