Un-subscribeing at Sheer not possible anymore?

Since about 10 days I try to un-subscribe 3 Russian studios at Sheer, but no avail. Every time I got stuck in Ooops...support is working on it window. Site seems really badly maintained, much worse than pornbox - even its same owners!
WFT is happening?

Today I see all these 3 subscription have been prolonged! WTF!!!!

Hi,
I cant unsubscribe on sheer.com since many days, there seems to be a bug.
I want to un-subscribe VK, Erika Korti Studio (EKS) and NRX from today. onwards.

Please help me do it!

Sheer at this point seems to be the fraud outlet of PB.

1) Log in to your account on Pornbox.
2) Navigate to the member's area. (Top right corner, click on your username and bring out the drop down menu)
3) Locate the expiry date of your membership; it is displayed in the top right corner of the screen, under your username, once you click on it.
4) Click on the expiry date.

By following these steps, you will be directed to the cancellation process, which you can complete to cancel your membership.

I cancelled now and sent this message, but I am not sure there is any support there over at Sheer at all.

Please cancel immediately and re-imbourse me fee until Jan 21st. I already wrote a mail to support†sheer.com yesterday, but money was changed anyway. Thanks! dap-addict

Would it be possible for you to give me the 3 subscriptions charged for next month back because of Sheer page it was not possible to cancel in time?
