Attestation problem

I'm having issues carrying out the attestation procedure. My card provider doesn't get transaction appearing instantly, no SMS facility and it can take several days for transactions to appear. Can you help me to complete this so I can download my videos?
btw, I've raised a support ticket (I think, didnt get acknowledgement from the web site). Can you help out?

I use a prepaid VISA and I waited 3 days before receiving the figure for the attestation.
My advice: wait. Do everything at once it's not recommended

...double standard: I own a registered prepaid mastercard and pass attestation is denied
