There is something wrong with downloads failing randomly. Happens on multiple scenes. I don't have issues downloading from other sources, my internet is fine.

This is happening for me also. If I try to stream the scene instead of downloading it, it will also sometimes fail.

I have had this problem for a few days now. Files begin downloading and often slow down near the end and then fail, or sometimes the download fails almost immediately. The meg/sec speed indicates that it's still working and speed is sometimes good but the amount of file actually being downloaded gets less and less and then just stops. Most attempts to download now fail, even quite small HD quality files. If I restart my computer sometimes it works initially and I can download something, but subsequent attempts fail. Tried on two different computers and an iPad, and with two different browsers - same issue on all. Attempting 4K download is currently completely pointless.

Other sites are fine, and I have a fast full fibre connection, so it's definitely a problem with this site. I just want access to the content I've paid for

I'm facing the same issue too. Didn't have any issue in the past with downloads. The issue is fresh. Same, tried different laptops and different browsers. Some scenes it works fine but more scenes it is failing. It is really very frustrating! I have a ticket open with the support

I have already reported the issue to our technicians.

We were switching delivery systems, so that might be the issue, but the guys are looking into it.

same here, feeling so frustrated. i have been trying to download one scene for the last 24 hours.

is this forum being reviewed by admin? anybody do something pls?

I have this also but with me it's only some old Gonzo scenes that are failing. I've bought new scenes recently and these have downloaded fine. Presumably a connection here - older scenes on older servers or something? Hope it gets fixed as I still want to download old scenes.

It is happening with new scenes too, ex: AGO, Yummy etc.

Totally agree. Very annoying, after paying so much as well as full membership!

it is now 48 hours and I'm still trying to complete the download of one scene! if i hadn't had compulsive disorder I would have given up a long while ago.

I'm trying to see when will forum admin come and offer technical support.

I'm not renewing my membership once it expires.

I have received word that the technicians are looking into this issue. Hopefully it will be solved soon for all of you.

Some scenes that proved to be a struggle to download are downloading fine as of today. Will make a new reply if something breaks again. Thanks

Hello, the download speed of all vids has been terribly slow for some days. It´s definitely a problem with pornbox since download from other sites work perfectly and with the usual speed. It´s not acceptable that with high speed internet access the download of a single hd video lasts more than an hour. Please check. THank you

Same here - had a load of downloads repeatedly stopping last week?

Hoepfully the site owners will comment at some point soon if they expect us to keep paying for this?

No update from the tech team yet. I have asked them to give me some feedback.

That's really disappointing! It's been more than two weeks and the issue still persists. I'm sitting with my tickets to purchase more scenes as I download the already purchased ones

So I got word from the tech team, they are still investigating about this issue.

My download speed is now about 250kb/s for this 3or4 weeks.(former speed is about 1.5mb/s).

Could you give me an example of a scene and its quality version so I can try?

As for download speeds, we do not guarantee fast download speed. It depends on many factors, but we certainly try to deliver the highest possible speeds everywhere.

@Kapwn, Thanks for responding. I know you are trying your level best. My recent download attempt was with some newer as well as older scenes from EK studios. News ones all 4K and the older ones whatever highest rating. I was trying 8 downloads at a time overnight and they had failed midway when I checked in the morning. Then I had to download 2 at a time. I have downloaded so many scenes since my membership and this is only recent, since Nov-Dec, that the broken/failed downloads is happening. I could download 10-15 scenes at a time in the past without any issue!
No specific complaints about the speed though
