Purchased videos failing to fully download

Trying to download some previously purchased videos and about half of them are failing to fully download. The downloads start but fail after a while.

On Chrome I get "network error" and Firefox I get "failed"

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening to me?

Both of the 4k videos below keep failing for me when trying to download. I've resumed several times but they keep failing.
