How does one change one's email address/and pass Attestation?

I did that on Saturday morning, specifying my new email address, but have received no reply as yet.

How long does it take for such issues to be resolved?
I sent my original mail on Saturday morning (enclosing my new email address and a request for attestation, but still have had no reply.

Your Saturday's support request was handled on Saturday, the answer was sent to both your old and your new addresses. Today I repeated that message to both your addresses. Please check your mail.

Hello Tim,
I has passed the "Attestation test", but still receive the message "Attestation required" when trying to download videos from my Pornbox.
Could you assist please?
