Problem with download video

Hi
I have problem with download videos. I bought ticket and when I try to download video from pornobox - "High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support. " ? I wrote to the administrator but the thread did not answer. I am from Poland and I paid by Visa. Please help me.

as I remember, they will charge you card for some random low amount, like a dollar or so, you must call your bank and ask them whats the exact amount, and then type that amount in the attestation button.

I have exactly the same problema since yesterday 11p.m. (more or less).
I have passed attestation before and I have been able to download videos with any problema until yesterday when that message has appeard.

The issue is resolved. However, I cannot see any support messages from you. Could you please log in to your LP account and send a test support message with a reference to this forum thread just to check.
