No sound on video!

Hi. I’ve purchased and downloaded latest video with Bella Rolland and Vince Karter, dropped 11-11-23. Full video plays just fine, online and in download. But BTS video has no sound, no matter how I view it. Same result, whether online or download - video plays, sound does not. Porn World 14762. Thank you for any help or advice!
