Hi

After the scheduled Downtime and some Site Update, the most important Function >still< dont work.

Use my Unlimited Ticket Membership to download from LP.

Before we got a big bunch of Updates (2013-11-11) it worked ! And now it dont work.

Yeah i joined over Sineplex, but Sineplex&LP are the same Site, my Money goes >to the same Money Pocket<

There are 57 Scenes that are aviable on LP, but >not< on on Sineplex ! So my unlimited Tickets are fucking useless !

Is it sooooooooo hard to Update(Downgrade ! 2013-11-11 it worked) the damn Pornbox Script (whatever)
that the script include The Tickets from Sineplex & LP ?

The situation when you could download Legalporno scenes with Sineplex tickets was exceptional and limited in time. Our regulations limit members to accessing only the one site's content they are subscribed to.

Like i guess !

Sineplex/LP whatever ! take away the Option to Transfer Tickets, even if my damn Money goes to the same Money Bag, i must buy Tickets @ Sineplex to use it @ Sineplex etc

And now i'm forced to Cancel, and rejoin over LP, if i want Stuff.

And i say "NO" i will don't rejoin ! just to use 120Tickets for 60 Scenes <-- I want to use my Unlimited Ticket Membership (that's for what i payed !) or a big Bunch of Premium >LP< Tickets (no Sineplex !) then i join over LP for 3 Month and 120 Tickets.

This is completely not acceptable.

My old account allowing for unlimited streaming and tickets expired earlier this month, despite it being "recurring". Today i paid for a new membership on the sineplex site by clicking on the link that says re-activate beside the unlimited-streaming/unlimited-tickets expired date info. After the payment had occured i find i have a) no unlimited streaming and b) no unlimited tickets

To make this situation even worse? The content i was wanting to download is only on the legalporno section of the site, which when i was last a member we were able to download from interchangeably.

I've contacted support regarding both issues prior to reading what has happened with other users, but this is really quite frustrating!

If he Rebilled from a Sineplex Account with unlimited Ticket Membership, it can only be 120 Sineplex Tickets for 3 Month.

And what will be fixed ? That he cant download from LP with his Sineplex Tickets ?

This all seems remarkably unnecessary.
I can understand the seperate sites so that the sineplex material can be differentiated from the external stuff. However, what seems entirely unnecessary is to even have two different kinds of ticket in the first place.
Surely the WHOLE PURPOSE of a ticketing system is that a generic ticket can be used to purchase ANY content on the system with ticketing levels differentiating more premium content.
Imo the answer is simple (from this point on) - anyone who purchases via the Sineplex site is simply redirected on clicking 'purchase' to the legalporno ticket purchase so they end up with tickets that can be used universally.

Yes that's the point of the update : to get rid of the old crappy system.
