Can't jump in 4k video

When jumping in videos (4k) to different positions, this stops working after some jumps. alreada tried different browsers and reloading webseite.

I have tried a 4K video and it loads up fine, even with multiple jumps in the video.

Is there a specific number of jumps before it crashes?
Are you able to send a video of the issue maybe?
