user attestation before you can download?

I purchased one scene and received this message. This is a high-level scene.
It requires user attestation before you can download it.

Anyone have any idea what this means or what I'm supposed to do to allow me to download my scene? Any info would be appreciated.

basically what happens is that when you start attestation they will pay in a small amount of money to your card account (or withdraw a small amount, not sure which). You have to wait for it to show on your statement OR ring the bank up and ask them what transactions have gone through that day (they can tell you stuff before it shows on your statement or online banking).
You then input this amount on the website as a means of proving this really is your bank account (and not a stolen card) at which point they reimburse the amount.

I think they are just trying to protect their content by giving each user personally watermarked copies to dissuade piracy. i suppose one single individual using a stolen credit card would be enough to circumvent the system so i can kind of understand their approach.
Compared to many of the inexplicable, unhelpful and unadvertised things they do this is probably the least of the concerns

you have to verify your credit card follow the steps you only do it once. also you can download old scenes without it but for new stuff they ask for this step

your not but thanks to this you are protected and they are.. and they can keep making good scenes without any worries about making money. it costs money to shoot those scenes, trust me its not cheap!

should say on the video when you try to download you must pass attestation to view or download and they it shows you the steps.
